Wireless adapter is showing activity

My wireless adapter is sending and recieving data even though I have nothing running. Is there a way I can check to see what program is trying to access the internet.

It would be nice if task manager told you what programs where occupying bandwidth usage percentages.

Any ideas on how to check this?
