Wireless Access Point with 4-ports?

My apartment for school next year has wireless internet instead of wired. Is there any wireless access point with 4 ethernet ports built in? I would just put wireless cards in all of them, but I'd rather buy this instead of getting wireless cards for a pc, xbox, and mac(no airport in it). Any ideas?

I found a linksys router + access point. would this allow me to wire computers to a wireless switch, essentially?

Yes. Most of the wireless routers have 4 hard-wired Ethernet ports as well.

Right. My wireless router now has 4-ports, but I just wanted to make sure the wireless accesspoint would allow me to have a wired connection to it. Could anyone suggest one? Preferably an 802.11g

you can use another router and set it up as an access point/repeater, the 4 ports on it will just be like adding another switch

So I have been checking out repeaters. bridges, access points, and whatnot. Can I just use most plain old routers to take the wireless signal, and have wired computers connect to the router like an access point kind of?

great router... go for it. You would need a hacked firmware to get the Linksys to work in client mode. check out this thread if you do get the Linksys router..
