Great battery life too 5-6 hours 🙂

Hopefully i wont fall asleep like this and drop the notebook 😉

Contrary to the name "laptop" I rarely use it on my lap.

Besides I'm an IBM/Compaq whore, not really a Dell laptop fan (unless it's the Latitude D600/D800).

Got any pics of the 8cell battery installed? I've looked around and couldn't find one. I'm thinking of making that upgrade for my 700m, but wanted to see how much additional size it adds.

One of the differences is that the D600 is dockable while the 600m is not.
 
my notebook is still good, sold one but still have another 🙂

It sits next to bed, sometimes browsing atot so i can nef before sleep.
 
I have my wireless keyboard and mouse.. i turn the res on my 21 in moniter down to 640x480. I can lay in my bed, and still use a FULL FEATURED desktop w/ 5.1 suround w/o burning my crotch. beat that.

d600 has a better keyboard

when i bought mine the 600m was the only one with 64 meg video, so i got that instead of the latitude
