Wired+Wireless

Is there any use to connecting a PC to a wireless cable/dsl router using both an ethernet (wired) connection and a wireless-usb 54G adapter? (connecting to the same router - my bandwidth is 4+ Mbps)

Is there any advantage or use to this??

no, your pipe is 4 Mb/s. Wired is (probably) 100Mb/s, your wireless is (max) 54Mb/s. 154Mb/s won't matter, when your pipe is 4Mb/s.
