I have a wired pc connected to my router. I also have a wireless printer currently hooked up to my wireless network. But my wired pc cannot see the wireless printer. My laptops and surface can see the printer on wireless, but why doesn't my wired pc see the same printer? Does my printer also need to be wired to the network in order for the wired pc to see it on the LAN?

The Printer has to be configured to be connected to the Wireless Router and obtain an IP from it.

Then every other devices that is connected via wire or Wireless to the same Wireless Router will see the printer.

Yes the wired pc will see the laptop on the network if it's on. I don't recall if it sees the surface or my N7, haven't really looked for those.

@Jack, the printer has an IP address.

What's weird is that when I try to print something, the fax part of the printer shows up in the available printers, but not the networked printer if that makes sense.
