Heatshrink tubing. You can order it at most of the aftermarket cooling sites. It's flexible before you shrink it so you can probably fit 3/4 inch tubing around the molex connector and it'll shrink up to 1/4 inch or less.

Not on a psu. But where I work we use a lot of it and throw a lot away so I get it free and I use for lots of stuff. It can be as neat as you want it to be.

EDIT: Also, some heatshrink has glue in it which cements the tubing on when it's heated. With the glue, you can get smaller heatshrink, half-inch and slit it open since you can't get it around the molex connector. Then when it's heated, it won't go anywhere even though it's just a rolled sheet. This may even work without the glue but it could fall off with a lot of flexing.

That would help, but I have a hunch that a blowdryer might do the trick if put on high and close enough.

All you need to shrink heatshrink is a Bic cigarette lighter. I've heatshrinked at least 500 connections, and have never used anything but my Zippo to shrink it.

A propane torch passed quickly over it shrinks it fast , but watch the ends as they like to burn very quickly.

Personally I wouldn't heat shrink and entire psu wire. It will make it very inflexible. (unflexible ??)

i got some plastic wire sleeves in the auto section at walmart... they are cut down the side so all you have to do it pull it apart and wrap it around the wires
