Wird Color arrays on Laptop screen

A few days ago I started to get weird color arrays on my screen, it started out as arrays then started to give me the BSOD and now my computer starts up and the screen is black.

I cleaned out the CPU and GPU contact points applied fresh CPU paste, checked all fans they are working, I also switched out and switched the RAM around but I'm still having this issue, Any ideas?

Probably a display connection gone bad. To test this you can plug a screen into the laptop and see if the laptop is loading properly.

This. Still a possibilty that the portion of your memory being used for video is what is acting up. Worth a shot to try your ram one stick at a time.
