Whats with the WIPO book going for almost 25k. I mean what is this book and whats so special about it.

What you couldnt ask in the thread that already exists about it? The WIPO book is the book of rules for disputing domain names. Mike Rowe had registered mikerowesoft.com and MS sued him over it and sent the book to him. The media got ahold of the story and made the kid famous.
