wiping an SATA hdd

I need a program that will wipe my SATA hdd. I have looked up dban but it cant wipe SATA drives. Any suggestions?

Just doing a 'full' format or zero fill will keep anyone from using casual software recovery techniques. Honestly, nobody is going to put your drive through hardware data recovery unless they have reason to believe there is very valuable data on it (or you're under criminal investigation or something).
