Wipe windows font database

My collection of fonts in windows is getting quite big, and since my computer is rather old, it's starting to bog down some programs. I have a new computer and will be moving my fonts there.
Now, my question is, how do I clear the fonts on the old computer and just leave the default windows fonts? Can it be done, or would I need to delete each one by hand?
