Wipe/Erase IDE Drive completely..

Hi

I'm gonna sell my Pentium 4 computer to a friend, and i need some help with cleaning the drive completely before doing so.

This is what i use right now:

Drive 1
1 partition of 76gb (80 drive, the drive im selling)

Drive 2
1 partition of 20gb (windows install)
1 partition of 90gb (storage)

I'm a bit embarrased to say that i dont even have a floppy drive, meaning i cant use some of them DOS-programs to wipe the disk out.

Is there another way of doing it?

Could try that CD-thingie.. Dont know really if i have one free disc though, gotta check that up right now.
