I use the open source, bloatfree, 7-Zip.

It works with the following formats: 7z, ZIP, CAB, RAR, ARJ, GZIP, BZIP2, Z, TAR, CPIO, RPM and DEB

It is lightweight and gets the job done as well as the others and its total freeware.

Finally... I thought it was just me ;) . IZark is nice, too.

WinRar.
WinZip sucks badly, and WinXP's built in unzipper sucks even more.
Never really tried 7zip, guess maybe I'll give it a go next time I reinstall.
