WinXP wont install on SATA Raid Setup with Asus Board

ive done this many times before. your supposed to make the driver disk and press f6 when you start the installation of windows and then pop the floppy into the computer and it should install your raid drivers so you can install windows xp. well i must be using the wrong files or something because i can't get it to work. i went into the directory on the cd: drivers\sil3114 and chose the make disk to make the driver disk but windows says there is no files partaining to the installation or whatever. help

Did you enable and set up an SI RAID array?

Do you want to boot off SI / RAID 5? If not, then you could try the Nvidia RAID.
 
Go to the asus site and look at forums, motherboards a8n-sli and look under the tech support stuff at the top of the forums and there is a write-up on page 4.
