WinXP & Win98se networking

I just installed WinXP on one system and now I can't access the Win98se computer through "My Network Places" like I could with network neighborhood. I can't even access the other computer by using "\\networkname" in IE. I even used the network wizard in WinXP by choosing the "connect to the internet by a hub" and it still won't work. I'm also using a Linksys BEFSR41 router to connect the two systems over an aDSL line.

I'm also dual booting on the WinXP system with XP and 98se. I can access the other computer when I'm in Win98se but not in WinXP.
I have enabled NetBIOS over TCP/IP but to no avail. Any ideas?
