help guys!!
noob question here

this is really confusing to explain so i'm going to use computer A and computer B and Lapton.

Computer A is running XP and connected with my Samsung ML-1710 USB printer. I can print just fine from the computer itself. Now the second part is that my Laptop is also connected on the same network(ethernet) and is also running XP and can see/print to the Samsung as well.

The problem is that computer B(same network - can see the laptor and computer A's share drives) is running windows98SE and can't see the printer on Computer A. I tried to find the printer through "add printer" and selecting "network printer" and it couldn't see none avail. I know what you're thinking i need to install the win98 additional drivers on computer A. I did that too and still don't work.

*note that Computer A and the Laptor has both Zone alarm pro running and Computer B doesn't have zone alarm pro.

I'm thinking it has to do with my configuration. If anyone ever had this problem plez help me out
I need this WIN98 to print so kids don't come in my room.

Any help is greatly appreciated

You might want to check the share name you gave the printer in XP....I remember having a similar problem a few years ago. Win 9x doesn't like long names. Make sure the share name is less than 8 characters, no spaces, etc...
