WinXP-taskbar & start menu

I can't seem to figure out how to tweak the start menu in WinXP.
In Win 98, if one goes to Start, Settings, Taskbar & Settings, Start Menu Programs, Advanced, the Programs menu (Start->programs) can be modified, i.e one can create "Games and all installed gaames can be dragged and dropped into the Games folder. This is so that when one goes to Start->Programs, Games is there, and if one points to games, the games installed will be there.
How does one do this in WinXP?
Thanks

Its fairly easy.

Right click on your Start Button and pick Explore All Users 😀 It will open up a explorer window to your start menu folder, just like Win98 did.

Thank you very much. It works great. There are a few programs that do not show up however under the start menu folder but are there when one goes to programs under WinXP. Do you know how to get these to appearunder the start menu folder ?
Thanks
