winxp sharing permissions question

im on a network with 4 comps. of those 4 comps i only want 2 to be able to access a folder on the network. i cant seem to get the sharing permissions to work when i go to permissions then locations it wont show the other comps it only shows local users. any ideas?

BTW the folder is on winxp and i want only my win2k box to be able to access it
