WinXP setup for games??

What are some tweaks, or the best settings to use for winXP to run games on? I want to maximize my RAM usage and cache to be utilized better during gameplay. Any settings I should try to allow WinXP to dedicate itself to computing games?

I suggest against blindly following the "gaming" column though, read the descriptions of things before disabling.
