I have a Kingston USB 64Mb flash drive that seems to have gone bad. I don't know the warrenty period but it may be about 1 year old. How is Kingston about these warrenties?

Is there a secret way to format these? BTW, it is unlocked.

Thanks for the wize use of time. However, I'm giving second thought to the 1GB USB flash ram I was considering buying. If this stuff goes bad so easily I don't see it as a good option.
In fact, my 1/2 GB mp3 player now seems like a poor investment.

Flash drives work well, but are not perfect. We had one at work that would show a different set of files on two different computers. You could even format it on computer 1 and still see the files on computer 2. We would up tossing that one in the trash.
