winXP quick launch / taskbar question...

ok i know this may seem like a stupid question, but its the one thing i can never figure out after installing windows. quick launch is turned off by default when you install windows, and when you turn it on, it appears right next to the start button. well i like mine to be in the bottom right corner, next to the system time. i can't figure out how to get it over there. help please!

Right click on the task bar, and uncheck Lock the Task Bar. The drag edge handle for Quicklaunch should then appear. Drag it over to where you want. Then right click task bar and check Lock the Task Bar.

ok i was a little vague with my question. i didn't mean i wanted the drag bar near the system time, rather i meant my quick launch icons. i would like them to appear between the drag bar and the system tray, and i want open applications to be between the drag bar and the start menu. unless that's what you thought i was implying all along, in which case i had no luck getting things to look the way i want them to by unlocking the task bar, dragging the bar to the right side, and then locking the task bar again.

Don't drag the dragbar itself. Click on a spot between the dragbar and the icons and drag the toolbar to the other side.
