WinXP questions

Anyone here with Windows XP have this problem? I just installed it and my window borders are blue. I tried switching the colors, but it won't switch away from blue! Even if I select yellow, it stays blue. I've tried selecting border size 0, and the borders are still there. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong besides being a dumbass?

Thats the way it is. If you want to change it, you have to change the color scheme. Go to Display panel, Appreance tab, then choose a theme. I dont see it in the silver theme. All the borders are silvery/white.

I changed mine to windows Classic, along with Every other thing I could find that said classic, this new age's 3 and up sh!t is retarded.
