WinXP Pro Upgrade vs Full Version

Is there any real difference besides having to insert a qualifying product when installing the upgrade?

Now, someone said that a difference between OEM and Retail was that you could install the Retail on two systems as long as they are used by the same user. Would that still be allowed with the upgrade does anyone know?

I've been able to install xpPro on more than one system without any problem, it's an upgrade too... I haven't had to provide any disk either (win98, win2k).

I'd be careful here as unless both systems have identical configurations there could be a problem if you try to activated the second pc!
