WINXP Pro say's the cd is Corrupted

I have 4 users on my computer.
Me = admin
My wife = admin
and two others without admin.
My wife tried to install a program in her screen and she got a error message the reads "Install disk corrupted"
But I can install it in my screen. And when I do it does not show up in hers.
Is thier a way around this?
