WinXP Pro and BSOD's!

Hi All,

After using WinXP for quite some time now, I am quite happy with it, all in all its a good
OS. However, I encounter a problem with it which I couldnt resolve as of yet. Yes, you guessed it right,
the infamous BSOD's.

There is not much to say about it, since it comes in random, I cant point on a specific thing I do prior
to getting this BSOD. The BSOD is followed by the following error message:

IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL

I do not overclock one bit and have pretty standard config, I'll list my spec below and I'll appreciate if anyone
can help me out here.
