Is there a way to change the label of an optical drive(cd, cdrw, dvd) in Windows XP when there is no cd in the drive?
My DVD drive shows up as "DVD Drive" in Explorer(with no cd in it), but my CDRW drive shows up just as "CD Drive". I'd like to change it to Plextor or CDRW Drive or something like that. Is there a registry hack to do such a thing?
