WinXP: Lock CD drives when you lock the machine???

Is there a way in with XP Pro to lock the CD drives when you lock your machine (windows Key + L)???

Or put another way can you disable the eject buttons on your CD drives when your machine is locked or you have logged out?

dont know how to do that other then getting a case with locking drive bays
