WinXP install??

I had my XP os on a partition but when I removed my first partition that had Win98 that I really didn't use at all. I couldn't get into XP so I installed xp on a different partition so I could get it. All my files are still there and what not but I can't get into my origninal XP os.

How do I either get it to show up on the Dual boot screen or what files do I need to have it boot from my original XP install?

Or Would it be easier to somehow transfer my original install of XP to the new install?

Just let me know if you don't understand what I explained. Any help will be appreciated. I really don't want to reinstall all of my programs and what not.

You can use a 3rd party bootloader like boot magic. Then boot into your regular WinXP install and resize it to the whole hard drive with a program like partition magic. After that you can throw a boot disk in and do a fdisk /mbr and restore your original master boot record.
