WinXP: How do you make a bootable floppy?

and There's no 'format /s' option! (i'm logged in as admin)

is there a way to use winXP to format a foppy to make it bootable?

IIRC, if you just use Explorer to format the floppy (right click and Format), there's an option for such. IIRC.

In My Computer, right-click the A: drive, choose Format, and choose Create an MS-DOS start-up disk.
