WinXP Home + PWS?

I unfortunatley purchased Home edition because past home editions (95, 98) had Personal Web Server included. Now to my suprise XP Home does not!! Is there any way for me to install PWS on the Home edition or am i going to have to pay another $200 for the Pro upgrade to get it?

I use it at home for Actice Server Page work, otherwise i would not care.
