(WinXP) Half-Life CS Freezes Comp On Close

close out CS, everything looks normal but it just completely locks up, ctrl-alt-del won't work either.

jsut wanted to point this out and see fi anyone else has this issue.
 
I was playing it last night, and the computer has been running every since.

What kind of devices/drivers are you using?

I have this crazy bug where device manager won't open at all, it gives me an IE error page. :/
