WinXP + Haflife + Powertoys = Mouse Problems

I found that when I installed Powertoys on WinXP, I got the mouse control problems in half life that I couldn't get rid of unless I used the command line paramaters and made sure the process priority was normal (which lowered fps). After uninstalling Powertoys and restarting, everything was back to normal (no more mouse control problems and can put process priority on above normal).

Check out my rig for my computer specs...maybe its just me.
 
Microsoft is gonna at least 6 months to work out all the bugs before I decide whether or not to make a full switch from 2k to XP.
