WinXP: Google is being hijacked! HELP!

It all began yesterday when i found out my Firewall was turned off.

i ran malwarebytes, and it found stuff. it cleaned/deleted the items.

but google is still hijacked. no matter what i search for in my Googlebar, i get redirected to random ad sites.

I'm running IE7. i dont want to run IE8.

HELP!

have you tried running a boot scan with an antivirus CD such as Avira yet?
