WinXP: Folder not accessible using USB enclosure? why?

My computer's motherboard recently fried, so I picked up a USB 2.0 enclosure since I needed some files off one of the drives and my other computer is at work (can't open it up to put in the old harddrive)... so anyway, I just got the enclosure and I put the harddrive in and plugged it all in. I can see most of my files, however, under \Documents and Settings\MyUsername\ it says folder not accessible... Does anyone know why? I can see the "All Users" folder and the "Default User" folder, but I can't access the Administrator folder or the folders for my other user names... How do I access them now? Any ideas/suggestions.

Thanks!

EDIT: The folders are listed, as in they didn't get deleted or disappear, but when I try to access them, I get error "Folder not accessible".
