WinXP drive root folder inexplicably customized.

Title and summary pretty much says it all: The root folder for my C: drive somehow got the "Pictures (best for many file)" customization template slapped on it. It has the "common tasks" left pane of a picture folder, and the little polaroid background image in the lower right.
I know it doesn't really matter what it's customized to, but its been bugging the hell outta me. So, can anyone tell me how to fix this and restore the original drive root folder settings?
