WinXP - DISABLE auto printer mapping???

So whenever I connect to the network in my office, my computer wants to map a bunch of printers on other computers, which aren't even listed as shared! So it shows up on my PC as Auto blah blah blah, and wants to download a bunch of drivers and crap, everytime I connect to the network. Anyway to disable this on my end and also disable this on the other computers so others can auto-connect to your printer? Thanks!
