WinXP command line IP settings?

I'd like to make some scripts that allow me to change my IP address and relevant information through the command line so when I change from my home network to my work network (and vice versa) I don't have to right click... properties... type it all in, etc.

IP config only allows you to view the information, just like winipcfg back in the day. Is there any way to do this without buying a third party app? I have it all set up in Linux (thank God for BASH), but it'd really make like life easier if I could do it in XP too...

Thanks!
