WinXP: Certificate of Authenticity

I recently purchased Win XP Home OEM from ZipZoomFly. I am trying to install in on my new computer, and it is asking me for my Product Key, which it says is on my Certificate of Authenticity. On the back of the little manual that came with the CD is a label that says "The Certificate of Authenticity label has been removed by your PC manufacturer and should be attached to your PC."

Well, I didn't buy a PC...I bought the OEM version, and at the time, ZZF said I had to buy hardware along with the Win XP. I bought an AMD A64 CPU.

Any help here as to where my Product Code and Certificate of Authenticity are?

PS Oh yes, I did a search of this forum, and there was a similar topic back in December, but there was no clear answers on the issue. I know there are people out there with the OEM version of Win XP...any ideas?
