My boot.ini file after installing sp2 is as under:
[boot loader]
timeout=10
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
C:\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT="Microsoft Windows Recovery Console" /cmdcons
C:\="Microsoft Windows 98"
What does '/NoExecute=OptIn' in the winxp loading option means? It wasn't present before installing sp2.
Just curious. Is it harmful?
