Hello, I have a problem. Running WinXP Pro. It will not boot to Safe Mode Or normal mode without giving me an error. The error states that I have a problem with my NCObjAPI.dll and for me to reinstall the ?application?.

It also gives me the error when I tell it to boot to the last good profile. I really do not want to reformat & reload everything. I have been building computers for years but XP is a new beast for me?Can you help me? Please be basic if you can?treat me like I don?t know S**T.

The file in question is a Norton file.

You can get the file here:
DLL File

Download it and Copy it over the old one in the either the Windows\System32 or Windows\System
directory and see it helps.
