WinXP & Blue Screen of Death durning Shutdown/Restart.

I get the Blue Screen ever time I either shutdown or restart my computer.
This is the message:

Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
kbdclass.sys

Any idea's on what this file is and why it's causing this problem?
Anyone else had this problem?
