WinXp and Windows Explorer Problem

Hi,
My system is running winxp, and it has a problem that irritates me. 90% of the time, when i use windows explorer, windows explorer just freeze on me. What is wrong? By the way, did the Service Pack for WinXp out yet?

Somebody reply.....mine is using %90-100 CPU and I am not even doing anything. This problem is quite random. Sometimes a reboot fixes it, well for a while. THis time it lasted about 3 hours. Other times a reboot only gives me a minute or two of use before it hogs all the resources......64 megs of RAM to sit there!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
