WinXP and swap

I know that WinXP keeps stuff in the swap file *even* if there's still free memory, right? How do I get it so that it doesn't touch swapfile until all the RAM is used up?

Personaly, I wouldn't worry about it. XP and 2k have an incredibly good memory management system built into them. Its usually best just letting it do its own thing, rather than trying to force it to do somthing.

Note:I want to do this because I want to idle the disk after I haven't touched it in 5 or 6 hours.. you know.. to keep it from.. squealing.. :(

But the swapfile keeps waking it up!!
