Alright, here's the problem. I DOUBT there is a fix, but we'll see.
I have the mp3 player, which DLink claims is NOT compatible with WinXP. Well, I can load the software, and eventually get it to work. But then my standby/hibernate are disabled with WinXP. Obviously DLink won't help me, because it states that it is only compatible up to Win2K. When I uninstall the software, the standby/hibernate comes back.
My question is: Is there anything Microsoft has released that is supposed to patch general startup/powerdown issues? I have searched their site, and have searched DLinks. AND have done searches all over the web.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanx in Advance.
