WINXP and ICOns

how do i keep icons on the desktop loocked.. so they can't be rearranged by arranging icons by name thing

Don't know if you can do that within WinXP but I have a great little app called UltraMon 2 that can lock the Icons among other things. Do a Google search, pretty easy to find.
