WinXP and Det 12.41 WHQL

I used 21.81 reference drivers with XP Pro and my GF2 GTS and got a blue screen twice that said "infinite loop ... blah... error in nv4disp blah... reboot computer". I went to the website and sure enough the Detonator XP ref drivers arnt WHQL. Right now im running on the built in drivers that XP comes with and have no blue screens or errors. But opengl games framerate sucks.

What I want to know is if anyone has seen this error before, and if anyone has used the 12.41 WHQL windows 2000 drivers with XP Pro and if it works well / installs fine.

When I first installed XP, I was using the built-in 12.41 drivers with no problem (GeForce3). I also upgraded the drivers to 21.81, and also have no problem.
