WinXP & 3COM network card driver need please

Does anyone have WinXP driver for 3COM 3c509-TP (UTP only) ISA network card? Where can I find driver for it?
 
Yes, I allready tried it but nothing. The problem is that computer do not find my card. It can find the card in DOS, but not in winXP. It is issue with PnP but I really do not know how to solve it.
