I have comcast digital cable and im wondering if im limited to only 125 channels using the wintv-go pci card. Anyone?

well I do know for my digital cable I'm hooked into the cable box directly (or thru VCR which connects to the cable box) and whatever channel I'm switched to on the cable box, I get that channel through WINTV. Within the app, set it to channel 3.

Ya, I'm not connected to the cable box. That's probably the only way to have it show all the channels. Its just that I'm using the cable box on the tv. I wonder how much an extra box is....

doesn't your cable box have alternate plugs like S-video or even coax ? The way mine is setup:

- Cable box (RCA out) --> (RCA in) VCR (RCA out) --> WINTV
- Cable box (component out) --> TV

I thought all cable boxes had multiple outputs... standard defs should have at least coax + RCA (yellow,red,white in case you're not familiar) ...
