I've got this WinTV Tuner which has tv in and out. If I hook up the cable source to the tv in, and another cable form the tv out to my TV, does that only mean I can have cable television on my TV and computer? Or can I use the tv as a 3rd display? Or would I have to rely on my video card?
I'd just test it out on my own and see if I can get it to work, but the computer in question is...not functioning at this time.
EDIT: Err, wait, no I'm pretty sure this won't work as the video card itself is what provides the picture. Aww.
EDIT2: And since my TV only has coax in, and my video card s-video, I can't hook it up that way either.
