Well, I guess it depends on what you're actually using it for. I have a PVR-USB2 for my laptop, and it works OK. I have the Sapphire Theater 550 chipset in my main MCE box. The picture quality is pretty good, probably the best of the MCE tuner cards. (Almost as good as my standalone series 1 TIVO.) The Hauppauge cards run a close second though, and I would strongly suggest checking out the PVR-500. It gives pretty good video quality AND two tuners, which is a great feature.

Hmm, I am not sure what at the moment, I am apdating my video card to a 6800 GT, I have a Asus P4S800D - E Deluxe board with a P4 3.2 and 2 gigs of DDR3200 and a Audigy 2 ZS. I have had issues in the past with my ATI scheduler not working, it just errors when trying to start, ATI has no idea why nor does any one else.
