I live in the United States and traveling to my home country in Bangladesh. I could not find a PAL system for winTV pvr USB2 in US, so I bought on ebay a unit from UK. I set up the system in Bangladesh, got the picutre, color is fine but the picture is real grainy. It seems there is some kind fuzzy cover on the real picture. I checked with other cable connection and also in different computer and the problem remains. I am not sure whether it is a hardware or software problem.
Any help would be much appreciated. I spent a lot of money on it and it is becoming a useless junk which really scares me.
